Refund policy

[Cancellation / return / exchange]
(1) Please contact us within 3 business days from the date of arrival of the product or return within one week.
* Please note that after 3 business days after the product arrives, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
(2) Please note that the following items cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged for the following items.
・ Products used
・ Products that have passed 4 days or more after the arrival of the product
・ Products with scratches and dirt under the customer
・ Products without a package (bag / case)
(3) The shipping cost for returned goods will be borne by the customer.
(4) The refund will be made according to the payment method within 3 business days after the returned product arrives.
